Omega Citylifts Installations Limited (OCLI) have a first class reputation for supplying high quality lift installations. We are compliant with our clients’ individual requirements. We designs and manufacture our own in-house lifts and have carried out a varied range of projects throughout the UK. We have our own dedicated permanently-employed installation crews.
Omega Citylifts Services Limited (OCSS) is an independent service company. We specialise in servicing, maintaining, repairing, modernising and refurbishing of lifts. The initial company was formed in 1983. We then became part of the Omega Elevator group of companies in 2004 and changed our name to Omega Citylifts Limited.
With over 1000 lifts in our portfolio, safety and fault prevention are the cornerstone of our ‘right first time’ policy. Safety is a primary focus; each lift must be maintained to the highest safety standards. Our stringent procedure has been recognised with our acceptance as an Approved Safe Contractor.
We have a philosophy: ‘prevention is better than cure’. It is aimed to minimise lift down time and prevent inconvenience and any costly disruption to our clients’ business.
Installation or maintenance is an integral part of our core business. It is vital that the right decisions are made.

Our Maintenance Centres in Manchester, Norwich, Cardiff and Welwyn Garden City oversee our nationwide network of maintenance engineers. They provide a comprehensive service support with 24hr & 365 day cover for emergency breakdowns.
NATION WIDE COVERAGE
Our 24 hour Service Centre coordinates our nationwide network of technicians. Our extensively stocked stores ensure a minimum “down time” to your lift installation. This minimises inconvenience and saves costly disruption to your business.
